"Yes, this is a story of nuclear waste, plutonium and reprocessing.
The photo above shows the arrival of casks containing spent nuclear fuel at the Sellafield reprocessing complex, owned by British Nuclear Fuels Ltd. The other major reprocessing company is the French state-owned Cogema.
Their clients are, among others, Germany, Japan, Switzerland, Belgium and the Netherlands."
